NO-SHOW POLICY
If a Client does not show for their appointment, the client will be required to pay the full amount of their missed service in order to rebook. This fee does NOT cover the cost of your newly scheduled appointment.
Please cancel your appointment with at least a 24hr. notice . Within the 24hr appointment time there will be a 100% fee of your service due. We do understand emergency's happen and it will be at the discretion of your service provider.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Studio 116 takes the privacy of our clients seriously. Your personal information is for in house use only to send appointment notices, cancellations, changes or information that may effect all our client. We do not share your information with third parties.
